An antenna is a part of a radio device used to transmit and receive electromagnetic waves. Generally, copper is the main material of the antenna. Because of its use and material, it is vulnerable to EMC interference, especially surge. SOCAY Electronics launches a big current surge protection device.
The device adopts the chip package, which can save the board subspace. Because it uses ceramic as the main tube structure, its parasitic capacitance value is also relatively small, generally less than 1.5pF. Using the discharge mode of gas discharge, the flow rate can reach 10KA. It can meet the 20KV surge test standard of IEC61000-4-5 (1.2/50-8/20uS).
The device has a DC breakdown voltage of 90V and an arc voltage of 15V under 1A test conditions.
It has high environmental adaptability, and the operating temperature range is -40° to -90 °C.
